There is a tension adjustment ALLEN wrench scares to adjust tension. There are extra springs to either firm up or lessen the tension. The suspension post adds real comfort to your tush.I have had ORIF on my neck and a back surgery. I have Osteo arthritis. ‘This suspension post is a life safer. No more jarring rides for my pelvis, back, and neck. I have Osteo arthritis of the spine. I have had neck fusion and lower back discectomy.
