I bought the small size hero clip for use with my backpack while traveling and I’ve found it very useful. I’ve been mainly using it to hang my backpack off tables so they don’t touch the ground, or been using the heroclip as just a standard carabiner. I’ve found that the size is perfect for a typical backpack. I absolutely love my hero clip. I throw one on each of my bags. My girlfriend even has one on her stroller. The difference between a hero clip. And a regular carabiner is the swivel style Hook that comes out. This swivel styled hook allows you to either hang the bag on different surfaces, including a flat desk. Or you can hang stuff from the hook itself. When we use it attached to the stroller, my girlfriend will hang her purse from it. You can hang your bag on a table at a bar/restaurant, one of my favorite pieces of EDC gear. I always have one on me. They come in different sizes and can support different weights ranging from 35 to 50 pounds. Fantastic quality carabiners for EDC, definitely worth it.
