Wanting something more durable but close to an indoor game-ball feel.The ball has nice channel grove that helps with grip and general feel. Channels are similar to “The Rock” The skin is a bit tacky rubber feeling when clean but nice feel when outdoors once it gets dusty and broken in. I did have minor imperfection on mine around air valve but was minor. The bounce not as good as some balls, but not bad either and may breakin with more use.One complaint on mine was weight was on the heavy side of legal. Mine was 621mg just hair under the 22oz max spec for size 7. I weighed 2 “The Rocks” one 597mg and one 602mg. And 1 Spalding Z i/o 594gr. Now that being said, on a windy day your kind of glad to have the heavier ball.Over all happy with ball. I like it better than my Spalding Z io. If mine were closer to 600gr I’d be raving about it. Not sure if typical or just variation in production, but still is in legal limits. Construction seems really good no sign of sign wear after 2hrs of heavy play. Even feels better with use. I expect it will hold up well. Would I buy again? If I lost this one or wore it out, yes I would likely buy another. Price is good, competitive with other quality outdoor balls and you get pump thrown in.
