**Q: Does this contain Aspartame**
A: Happy to answer this as I had the same ‘concern’. No. It doesn’t. It contains sweeteners Sucralose and Acesulfame K but no Aspartame. It’s got a really chocolatey flavour that’s a nice treat for my sweet tooth without being GI hit. I really like it and have one hot choc in the evening when others are having a sweet treat. Hope this helps.

**Q: Is it vegetarian? Cant see a symbol. Usually the thickener that causes it not be veggie**
A: Hi, there is nothing specific about thickener. It contains caramel powder, and whey protein, both of which may contain cow's milk ( which I'm allergic to so I've stopped using it), but other than that, nothing specific.  I hope this helps 🙂

**Q: Is this drinking chocolate a Keto Friendly drink**
A: This contains sucralose so isn't strictly Keto friendly as even a small amount of sucralose can kick you out of ketosis. For a purely low carb diet however this is a delicious alternative to standard drinking chocolate.
