**Q: How to get into dab mode? when i press source, i just rotate between am, fm and bluetooth. am i missing something ?**
A: The product I received was described as Tivoli Audio Music System Three Plus but what was sent was, Tivoli Audio System Three. The Plus version has DAB. the non plus version doesn't have DAB. I had to return my item for a refund because what I received was not as advertised or described. I can't know if you ordered from the same supplier- but my guess is, in any case, you have received the wrong product.

**Q: How do i ensure i get the dab+ version of this?  have already had to send back the fm /am version - which is not what is described in the product info**
A: Hi, I did the same! but decided to keep a fm only radio as it was so cheap- I think it’s a case of carefully reading the description and checking the prices that way you should be ok. I ended up buying several as they are a quality item at a bargain price. Good luck.

**Q: Even after initially charging for fourteen hours, is it normal to still show battery charged to only 50% in blue window?**
A: Condition battery by running it totally empty then recharge,  the unit holds memory regardless

**Q: Why is the remote and charging lead white when the radio is black?**
A: I bought a black radio for myself and a white one later on as a gift, both came with a white remote control and charger.
