Sure enough I took it apart and the circuit board was corroded due to water getting into it. The gear was cracked and all they did was add a ton of greace to it. It would not work. I had a new circuit board and I got it to work.I also had to glue the gear. Honestly I didnt return it because I was I needed it asap. But if you have the time buy a new one. I ended up spending more money because of this poeple than If I bought a new one.
