If you need something to provide support for your wrist only, this is fantastic. If you are wearing it for TFCC tear support, then I have to give it a thumbs down because it presses on ulnar bone next to where your TFCC tear is tat which is not good. It puts too much pressure there.First couple of days were great, but because I wore it everyday, the TFCC area became irritated and swollen. Could not longer tolerate after. week. Please note that I’d you need for wrist support. I’ve only had this wrist brace for a couple of days and already noticed a great deal of relief from the ulnar sided wrist pain I’ve had since I had carpal and cubital tunnel surgery a month ago. This product gives me the support I need and I can adjust it as necessary. I had purchased a popular item for the same purpose and it actually made my pain worse because I had to tighten it too much in order to get the support I needed. This product doesn’t need to be tightened to the point where it is cutting off my circulation or digging into my skin. If I choose to tighten it a bit more, it is still comfortable.
