The backlight is off unless you touch it, and it plays a few notes when you touch the top.It is nice that it tells you both the time and temperature out loud. ### ⭐ Useless. The round ball part of the projector doesn’t stay in position of direction you want it to face. The alarm doesn’t work. Only tells me the time every hour, which I don’t understand who would want that during the night as you try to sleep. I bought this item so I wouldn’t have to rely on my phone for my alarm.Also doesn’t make sense having the projector show the time upside down.
