Great product
I like this cream, especially since it has fewer ingredients than other estriol creams. I used to use it every day, and it kept my menopausal symptoms manageable. My hot flashes have never totally disappeared, but it decreases them and definitely helps my brain, memory and energy. I now use a small dab 3 times a week. I would recommend starting with small doses to find out what works for you.

Good product, helps MS patients
Not a strong smell (other products can have weird smells), the dose needed isn't too large (with other products you need to use more cream to get the same dose so need to slather it on, not my desire). The pump is easy to use and accurate, and it gets almost all product out toward the end but you can unscrew the top to use every bit (some products prevent opening). All around a good product.I have used both this cream and estriol suppositories for ten years now, along with progesterone, of course (read up on the need), and recently they have released a study showing that MS patients improved when they took estriol in addition to one of the MS medications. This is not surprising, and is one reason I decided to take estriol, when I started HRT. Estriol is what pregnant women produce lots of, and those who have MS and get pregnant, improved. They usually relapsed after giving birth. So estriol always seemed to be a no-brainer, for me, when faced with estradiol, estrone, or horse estrogen as alternatives to estriol. And the 20 years since my initial diagnosis have never been better. I recently had another MRI and they still say I have MS. but at 61, I am surfing and doing great. I recently realized my magnesium deficiency muscle twitching improves with transdermal mag but thats another story.Too bad estriol suppositories now require Rx but you can still get them. And this cream is good, I rub it on my lips and boobs, places where femininity is expressed. Studies have shown that combining estriol with estradiol makes them compete for uptake, so a compounded cream that has both is not a good idea. And estrone is what a woman makes in her later years - I think its our last ditch effort to produce estrogen despite a subpar ovary. So why take it? If they can make estriol identical to what we make, by all means, take it! People say I look young for my years, and my hair just now is turning gray.. The dose in this product may be relatively small (do not compare horse or synthetic estrogens to estriol, they are different, and estradiol is too) but you shouldn't need more than a bottle a month or two. Again, use progesterone as well, Natural Radiance makes a nice one that is almost odorless, rub it on your arms or neck.

I can finally sleep!
I have been getting daily and nightly hot flashes since Jan 2009 (several per day and 3-4 per night). I have tried numerous other remedies, including Remifemin - and nothing worked. I have resisted trying estrogen for a long time due to a family history of breast cancer - but after 1.75 years, I was EXHAUSTED and at my wits end...so I broke down and ordered it. Wow! What a difference already after only 5 days. While the hot flashes are not yet completely gone, they have been minimized to where I now only get a couple per day and I can sleep through the night...and the ones I do get are a lot milder than what I was getting. I'm upset that I waited so long to try bHRT estrogen - and already have decided the rewards outweigh the risks. Love this stuff! Hasnt worked yet
I have faithfully used this product for a month now and see no difference in my night sweats. Hard to measure and it does not obsorbe. Big waste of money and depressing for someone wanting relief so badly.
