I got the size 2T for my 18 month old who is on the skinny size. The straps are about 3" with lovely ruffles. The black top is a velvet stretchy material. It's about 5" tall and is about 21" diameter. The skirt is 2 layers. One is a light paper cotton and the other is a mesh see through material that is pleated. The skirt is about 16" from the waist down. It has a zipper in the back which makes it easier for changing a toddler. The whole dress is about 24" long. It was a little big on my daughter so I pinned the straps and that worked great. I like that it has room to grow since she loves it. This would work well for Halloween, dress-up, ballet, or to wear around for fun. It's adorable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pretty.
