My hands did shake less, but never actually stopped shaking, and I developed occasional heart pauses of up to 2-1/2 seconds. My cardiologist recommended a pace maker if the condition continued, and suggested stopping all supplements to see if there were any changes. After about 3 weeks of not taking Tremor Soothe (which was the only supplement I had been taking), the heart pauses stopped occurring. I've been heart pause free for 3 months. These supplement slows the nerve impulses, which decreases the hand tremors, but it slows all nerve impulses throughout your body.
