It’s a thin but slightly stretchy material so good in a variety of climates. If it’s cold add some thicker leggings or knee high boots and tights. If it’s warmer out pull up the elastic wrist to sit higher on the arms to make them 3/4 sleeve length. I would say to order up 1 size than normal. I wear L is almost everything and from looking at other posters photos and reviews I got an XL and happy I did. On first glance holding up the dress it looked like a large shapeless bag but once you put it on and tie the straps it sinches it in and in turn shortens. I feel if I did get the L after you tie it would be too short ya know?
