As a glasses wearer I can wear prescription sunglasses when it's sunny but they aren't always strong enough in the low winter sun. I've worn it nearly every day for the past couple weeks, it seems well made, warm (although doesn't always stay covering ears like pictured on model!) and I've been complimented on it. I love the loose fit on top. It’s slouchy and better than the fitted ones that make my head look like a hard boiled egg! Quite loose fitting so fine with ear phones on underneath. Looks great on. Covers the ears - even without the extra side band down. The visor works well, is firm, quite long and curves nicely to stop sun blinding you from the side.BUT where the visor curves, there is a half moon area of forehead that is left uncovered. Not good when it's seriously cold. Hope the manufacturers can do something to resolve this issue.
