Review: I am amazed! I give her a little less than the ... - My girl (65 pound black lab mix) has "leaked" on and off for as long as I've had her. She is nearly 9 years old, and I adopted her after she was spayed at about 6 months old. (I have read that spaying a dog before her first heat can cause this.) It would always happen after she took a swim, came home, and fell asleep. But it also happened other times (not after a swim) when she would be asleep and wake up to a puddle. It wasn't every day. Maybe once a week, sometimes less. My vet suggested surgery early on, but I just decided to live with it. Recently, it became more frequent, which I've read is common as a female dog gets older. In one week, she leaked about once a day, give or take. My vet suggested a prescription, but when I read about it, one of the possible side effects is hypertension and/or increased aggression. My girl is already kind of anxious sometimes, and has had issues with some other dogs. We've worked really hard to create balance and calmness, so heightening these tendencies is not something I was willing to risk. I stumbled upon this product while I was looking for alternatives to the prescription drug. Perhaps it is a fluke, but so far, I am amazed! I give her a little less than the recommended dose for her weight -- 2 pills in the morning and 1 pill at dinner. She eats them like a treat. After only a day or two, there was no leaking! I thought it was just a coincidence at first, she has been on it for about 35 days now, and the problem is pretty much gone. Occasionally (may 3 or 4 times since starting the pills), she will leave just a tiny wet spot, a little larger than a silver dollar. So I consider the problem solved. And there have been no side effects at all. I wish I'd known about this 8 years ago! I definitely plan to tell my vet about it.
Review: As great as everyone says! Who needs Proin? - We went looking for Proin online after the vet demanded expensive visits every 4 months (extremely excessive in my opinion) and raised the price of the prescription on us. Turns out there's some scheduled ingredients in there that are used to make meth or something (which is scary in itself), so it's pretty much unavailable online without a prescription. We started looking for alternative options while shopping for a new vet, and when we saw all the positive reviews of this stuff we decided to give it a whirl. It is awesome. The price can't be beat compared to the vet's prescriptions, and Delilah has had NO problems since she started on it. We had to experiment with her dosage at first (as it seems many folks have), but once we got that down, her sleep-leaking and has pretty much disappeared and her general incontinence has slowed down significantly. No more washing all the dogbeds every single day, and no more pee smell everywhere! YAY! We have not noticed any difference in her behavior or any other side effects, either (which we definitely would have on our recent 2-week RV trip in close quarters with the dogs); she's still her energy- and drive-filled 15 year old self. The new vet's cool with it, the dog's cool with it, so I'm definitely cool with it! The only issue at all, and it's a ridiculously insignificant thing, is that the pills themselves smell pretty dang bad. It's not a problem for the dog, though; she seems to love them. And it's much better than the smell of pee in the house. I couldn't be happier that I found these!

### ⭐ Did not help at all :(
*by L***S on February 15, 2025*

My dog has started to have incontinence problems over the last couple of years while resting or sleeping. We have been using “earth animal urinary and kidney relief” for the last two years with great results, however, it stopped working as her issue progressed. Her vet prescribed Proin. Upon the first dose, it worked immediately, however, it also made her restless, and she vomited multiple times. I started researching more homeopathic remedies instead of another prescription and it came down between this or another choice. Honestly, if anything, her issue seemed to get worse. She was wetting herself multiple times a day and puddles at a time. We discontinued after about a week and she is back to the way she was before. We are now starting Incurin and pray for no side effects.
