**Q: Will it protect against pollen?**
A: This mask does not filter the air. We are working on a new design that will come out soon that has the same effect as this mask but it includes a dust filter.

**Q: Can someone with facial hair use this mask??**
A: It will depends on how much beards but it is adjustable so it is not supposed to be a problem

**Q: how does 24 resistance levels work? from what I can see this mask has 16 levels because you can only adjust lever to 4 degree on each side.**
A: EDIT: Good morning. There are four (4) rubber resistance washers that come with the mask, in the box. You have to open the mask to see how they are to be placed. They are constructed to create more resistance based upon the manner each is inserted into the mask. When one is placed in the inward resistance position with the other placed in the outward position for "no resistance," you get levels 1 to 8 from switching the levers from position 1 to 4 on each side of the mask, incrementally (i.e., one lever on each side of the mask). When you place both rubber washers into the inward resistance position (i.e., they face the same way), you then attain levels 9 to 16 when switching the levers. Add the 3rd and 4th rubber washers (outward x 4, inward x 4) for levels 17 to 24. Be sure to not lose or discard the extra two rubber washers. They are in the mini plastic bag in the box as a part of the packaging

**Q: Have anyone tried it for running?  Does it fall off with sweat?**
A: Yes I have tried it while running. No it does not fall off wit sweat it fits really good. It actually makes you sweat more

I wanted to make my workouts more challenging by being able to control my air intake, so I found the FitGame ultimate training mask. I like how it has a nice comfortable silicone material that goes around my nose and mouth so it fits comfortably while I’m working out. On the back of the mask, the part that goes around the back of your head is a nice breathable material that can easily be strapped with the velcro. On the front, it has two levers that allowed me to make adjustments while using it since I am a beginner at using this I didn’t want the breathing resistance to be too strong. They include a quick little paper guide telling you what settings work best for the level of training you are at. They also include a cool little rubber bracelet with their brand name on it in the box so you can represent their brand as well. Overall it’s a great product at an affordable price.

This product definitely works and 100% to my satisfaction. It comes with hard case, and its well made from very comfortable material. Both sides have settings on them for the resistance levels and they work really well! I couldn’t handle it at the highest resistance and i had to lower it! This will definitely help me achieve my breathing resistance goals!! And its so easy to use!! So simple! Don't waste money on the expensive brands that dont even work right!!! comfortable and has a great price!! Would most definitely recommend this product to anyone and everyone who trains in any!!! 100 stars!!

The mask works great I like using it and it fits great, a little snug around the nose but still good. Feels a little pricy for what it is like it should cost a few bucks cheaper for what you're getting. But it still works good and it's easy to use. I use just sitting around hanging out, current record I'd 65 min. You definitely notice a change in your breathing habbits. I also want to point out a design flaw, there's only 2 plastic parts holding it together so be careful not to be rough with it when cleaning it, but still great and I don't regret my purchase.
