At all.It looks far from natural.I got a medium, I’m normally a large, because I wanted everything flat. I wanted it nice and snug so nothing shows. The waste band gets tight but the part to hold my penis down seems too big. Idc about the definite “lips” cause I wear a lot of jeans and what not that won’t show it.
