I read that people with depression and anxiety, ocd, insomnia, etc create a buildup of homocysteine due to a gene mutation that prohibits the liver from functioning properly. TMG will actually help your body lower the homocysteine by attaching a methyl molecule to it so your liver can process it. I was in a really bad place. Anxiety attacks and not sleeping at all. It was physically impossible. After just the first day of taking this, I fell right to sleep and slept 7 hours! That's more than I had gotten the entire week! If you suffer from any mental health issues, try this.
