I was a little skeptical about the Grill syringe - 304 Stainless Steel Meat Injector Kit with 2-oz Large Capacity Barrel and 3 Professional Marinade Needles when I purchased it….BUT to my surprise I use it ALL the time with everything. The ebook makes it even easier to create CRAZY good meals for my family. This is a high quality injector just like the pro’s use in their kitchens. The injector is heavy duty and each needle has it’s own silicone seal and there is an extra silicone seal set included. I LOVE the box it came in. The box is perfect for storing as well there is a hollowed out high density foam to store each piece. I am getting a few of thses for my foodie friends for the holidays!!!! Although I have yet to use it and have no doubts that it will work awesome, I wish to emphasize that you need to clean this very thorough. The instructions do let you know that it must be cleaned prior to use with a dime sized application of dish soap. I used the soap, but still discovered a black residue inside the chamber of the syringe that I was able to remove with a wadded up piece of paper towel until it came out clean. We deep fry a couple turkeys every holiday season, and they’re always delicious with minimal effort, but we’re always looking to up our game. We brined the turkey overnight as usual, then my husband used the Grill syringe to inject it shortly before deep frying. Absolutely delicious turkey, and the injector worked perfectly and easily. It wasn’t difficult to clean, and results were certainly worth the small amount of effort.
