Great value!!!
Overall, this laptop is a great value for the price. One of the greatest perks is the fact that you can expand the memory with a SSD. One caution though, the instructions that came with the laptop for installing the SSD did not work, at least not for me. Luckily, I am fairly tech savy, so I was able to get it working. If the included instructions do not work for you, go into Windows Administrative tools from the start menu, and then go into Computer Management. Click on Disk Management to format and name the SSD that you added.Another positive is that the touchpad feels very smooth, comfortable to use, and is responsive. Also, for such a cheap computer, the screen is very clear. One down side with this laptop is that it is very thin and made of plastic, which makes it feel cheap and as if it could easily break. That being said, this laptop would probably be best for someone who is careful with their devices. However, even with the cheap, plastic feel the laptop has, it looks and works great.

Terrible customer service, DO NOT buy this computer!!!
I just used this computer for Facebook, and You Tube. The screen went black within a month, I sent a picture of it charging, per their request! They wanted me to go purchase a new charger, at my expense even though it was under warranty, or I could wait a month for it to arrive from China, being without my computer the whole time!! Constant issues went wrong, including front screen peeling off the day I opened it! Customer service was terrible, would NEVER purchase from them again!!!

At least it works
I was deciding between a chromebook and this. In the end, obviously, I decided to buy this. The touchscreen works great and I love the 360 screen flip. It does what I need it to which was to take notes in class. Plus it's very light and not a burden to carry across campus, another thing I was looking for. However, I don't think it's worth the money and I somewhat regret not getting a chromebook.Cons:1) The keyboard is SO flimsy. It's the biggest thing I hate about this laptop. As another review said, it bounces a lot, it's noisy, the keys stick, and it's just not a good keyboard. My space bar barely works so i'm always having to correct my notes more than I should.2) The track pad sucks. You push the "n" or "m" key and you set off the track pad somehow. This kind of ties into the bad keyboard. I, at this point, bought a wireless mouse and disconnected the track pad and it works better. I'm looking into getting a bluetooth keyboard to help with the keyboard issues too.3) No space. At all. You can't even update windows because of this. So I bought an micro SD card, like it was suggested to do, and apparently you can't use it to update windows so I'm out some money and I still don't have an updated windows.4) It is slow. No matter how fast of an internet connection you have or what you're doing, it will be slow. But this isn't something I didn't expect, especially at this price. However the touch screen, it being able to flip, and the great battery life are very nice. And in general, my start up right out of the box was very easy.Do I think it was worth the price? No. Do I regret buying it? Yeah, kind of. But it does what I need it too. If this was maybe $50 to $75 cheaper, it would have been worth it. I've had tablets better than this laptop for cheaper but it offers things a chromebook and an laptop wouldn't.

Great Deal this computer is good for saving space and presentations on the go
I have been in the market for a flip laptop for a little while I purchased this system as a way to save money. What I like about this system is that for its size it can do very much. I am able to utilize the touch screen features with little to effort. Another love factor about this system is that I can flip it over and use it as a tablet and that the battery is capable of holding a charge for a considerable amount of time. I like that I can use mini SD cards to up the memory, I was able to use this system to code and perform graphic designing. I would say at this point this system is a great buy for users that want to purchase a system that they wish to use as a tablet or laptop for a very reasonable price. When you ad the pen accessory, the user will be ready to draw directly on the screen.

Couldn't connect to WiFi
Nice looking laptop. Had high hopes of it working out, but it would simply not connect to my wifi. I tried several times to get it to work, even standing right next to the router, but no go. And without wifi, it's just a paperweight. Ended up returning. Very disappointing.

Bad
I know for the price of this you shouldn’t expect much but this is really bad. Ran out of space after downloading Microsoft office. I have everything saved on my flash drive and still didn’t have no space, left side of the mouse pad gets stuck when you click on it, very slow and then two weeks after getting it, it stopped charging. To make it worst I have to return it with all my information and accounts on it because you can’t factory reset it and it’s dead so I can’t even sign out of the simple accounts I have logged into.

Overall very good laptop for the money you pay.
This laptop is fine for the money you pay. I upgraded it with 120G SSD and have no problems for the tasks I have to perform. The sound is not that great but the picture is OK.
