Sometimes cheap is cheap for a reason.Edited to add that ever since leaving this review, the seller has contacted me on a weekly basis offering refunds, free cartridges etc if I remove my review. I complained to Amazon but they say there is nothing they can do as this is a Marketplace Seller. Be warned, even if you return and get a full refund for items that don't work, you'll get a weekly email trying to persuade you to remove negative feedback! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time using non HP cartridges. *by N***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 October 2018* The ink cartridges arrived promptly and so far I have only used the black cartridge which is working fine after a few teething problems.
