There is an inch gap between the rows of hooks which you can use in case you want to tighten or loosen it up. I ordered Medium and the fit is perfect! The customer service is excellent on follow up. Because of this I ordered 2 more, this time the 9 steel bones. Again, the items came earlier than expected, very fast. Same very good quality. However, they are short of the true size. I ordered M like the first but these 2 won’t fit. When I measured them, they are short by 4 inches in length. I think they are supposed to be Small. I contacted the seller and they offered a full refund and for me to keep the product, in exchange for an honest review for improvement.
