The item arrived early, upon inspection the quality iof the material and make is very good. There is an inch gap between the rows of hooks which you can use in case you want to tighten or loosen it up. I ordered Medium and the fit is perfect! The customer service is excellent on follow up. Because of this I ordered 2 more, this time the 9 steel bones. Again, the items came earlier than expected, very fast. Same very good quality. However, they are short of the true size. I ordered M like the first but these 2 won’t fit. When I measured them, they are short by 4 inches in length. I think they are supposed to be Small. I contacted the seller and they offered a full refund and for me to keep the product, in exchange for an honest review for improvement. Hope this helps!
