The length is great. I ordered a medium - I normally wear 7-8 women's shoe. I presumed with the adjustable velcro top that I could modify to fit my foot. Unfortunately, I can't. The velcro strip on the lower side is sewn way too high, and I'm unable to attach so that I can actually keep slipper on my foot. I don't have narrow foot so that's not the issue. I had my husband try - he's a men's 10 and it's too loose for him also. I've tried adjust so that velcro strip attaches just a bit but then the top just breaks open and really it's still just too loose. I'm very sad as I paid extra for quick ship as I was leaving on a trip. Threw the slippers in my suitcase and left the next day.
