These things absolutely suck. I cannot stress enough how bad and weak the plastic is on these, it's almost a joke.Do not under any circumstances purchase this product as it breaks immediately under any tension from a VVT into many tiny plastic pieces, which scatter all over your exposed head. You are better off finding a long similar sized bolt and cutting your own tool out of a large flat washer than using this... It's what I had to do, after having to clean up my head from plastic shards after they broke on me. Do. Not. Buy. This. No issues at all. Not sure what everyone else did but mine worked perfectly. No cracks or breaks didnt even flex. Compressed the tensioner without any issue at all. Only negative I could say about it is that the bolt seems to be a tad to long. Workable but would be easier if it was maybe a 1/4" shorter. If not taking both cams out of gets in the way a little bit when rotating the tensioner out between cams and chain. It hits the head but if careful and observant you can manage it easily. Otherwise it's worked perfectly on 2 different cam chain tensioner now without any trouble at.
