Lo compré el año pasado en Agosto o finales de Julio.  Me llegó sin problemas.  El electricista que me lo instaló no tenía idea de nada.  El vendedor tuvo que explicarme lo que mi electricista debía hacer para que la instalación no dañase el aparato.  La comunicación fue excelente.  Me explicaron que la cerradura que tenía le iba a causar un fallo grave de funcionamiento a corto plazo.  La placa puede suministrar como máximo 250mA para la apertura de puerta.  Mi cerradura necesita 3000mA (3A).  Necesité un relé a mayores para que aislara la placa de la cerradura.  Se lo dije a mi electricista y a día de hoy sigue sin dar la cara y finalmente tuve que pagar a otro para que me lo hiciera.El funcionamiento es correcto y el app va muy bien.  Estoy muy contenta con el video portero pero muchísimo más con el vendedor.
