I was super excited to try this since all the reviews were good however I was very dissapointed. It was in no way as effective as the face-over-a-bowl method. The steam is a very fine mist which is great, however I sat with the steamer on for 10 minutes and did not feel like a pore had been opened. You also have to sit extremely close to the steamer to feel any real heat/effect at all, which is pointless because if i'd of wanted a sore neck I would've stuck with the face over bowl method.I thought this was going to be one of those products I could cheat i.e. spend a little but it would work the same as the expensive brands but I was sorely dissapointed. Unfortunately you get what you pay for with this.
