Make your mouth and teeth black to get them white. I used a new toothbrush that I will continue to use just for this product. Tastes good, makes my mouth and teeth feel clean. Teeth are a little whiter but definitely cleaner, but have only used a couple of times at 2 to 3 minutes each brushing. Will update after more uses.
