The first one ran once and wouldn't turn on. So I returned it and they were great! They sent a replacement. This one has worked since I got it several weeks ago so that's good.But... It's like a squirrel on speed! Runs all over the place without actually cleaning the entire floor. Although it's great at cleaning a single path...over and over and over, without getting off that path. It's like it gets stuck in some strange tic-tac-toe game it's playing with itself. You literally have to sweep the dirt in front of it's path for it to clean.
