Before I could get surgery, the physical therapy office would use this to help add extra stability to my ankle. A couple weeks ago, I reinjured the ankle and decided to try this tape. Works super well. My kneecaps are dislocated. On top of hyper extension problems and I have knock knees. The tape in general is relatively expensive especially needing to wear it everyday. This is my second time purchasing this brand. For the price it is AMAZING (as I was definitely worried first time around). I have tried others that last a bit longer but they are more than this price for 1 roll. At the end of day it last me 2 to 4 days at a time more depending on my activity level that week. Even though others might last longer this tape is absolutely equally as strong tension wise. I definitely reccomend it. You wont find this quality at this price anywhere else. Dont keep staring at it in your cart like I did for a week. Buy it! You wont regret it!
