This is not a book which is aiming to delve deep into psychology but is instead to give an overview of some theories, beliefs and understandings of psychology and enable the reader to gain some comprehension of the field so they can see if this is something they may wish to do a deep dive on. For me this was an interesting book which gives a good balance of being simple to understand but not tying to dumb down the information for the reader.
