**Q: How do i get one of these off the wall?**
A: Put the engineering code into the system. Open the flap on front. Remove any screws and the circuit board clips off. Then remove screws from the wall.

**Q: Is this easy to replace or do I need to get a professional**

**Q: I have this keypad and  it lights up the 8 zones and states tamper alarm  but does not let me turn the alarm off , Do I need to replace this? cheers**
A: Sounds like a tamper is present link out the tamper terminals hold down lid tamper and it should reset

**Q: I have SL compact alarm,  system works fine, but keypad over years rubber buttons are failing, could this be used to replace keypad?**
A: Is this SL Alarms based in Sheffield, if so i think they use Texecom equipment which in this case the Veritas RKP  would be fine!
