Once I figured out how to put on a headband and wear one this was a perfect option for a guy with a full head of hair. I can wear it all day and never have any hair in or over my eyes and I work in all positions from laying down to almost upside down. In case you never wore a head band brush hair first back behind ears put head band on first at eyebrows and back over ears then turn up over head and set just a little behind the ears.
