I had already purchased a Classic III but was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my next run of shifts so picked this up with prime delivery. So far I haven't tried this in the field but using it on house mates I can say that the acoustics are absolutely fantastic. Lung sounds are amplified and I can hear clearly even through clothing. Compared to my old Classic II and new Classic III this steth is a huge cut above the rest. I can only see one downside which is the size and weight - this will not fit into my pocket and may need to live in my obs kit.
