If you wish to bleach, be sure to use a blue bleach powder, and only a 20 developer. This will keep the bleach from frying the hair. Keep in for 5 mins at a time at a max time of 15 min and check on it every 5 mins. Let hair rest overnight with some repair treatment to allow the cuticle to heal before treating it with the dye. It’s a hell of a process but this dye worked quite well. Honestly my favorite brand is called “ion” which can be found at your local beauty supply store. Hope this helps in detail.
