I had developed severe arthritis pain in my shoulder. I could not find a comfortable position to sleep without pain , had to have the help of my husband just to pull up my jeans in the morning and throughout the day. Couldn't put my coat on. But like others, by day 4 of taking this supplement , all pain was gone. I pray that this company never stops making this powerhouse supplement.
