In at least two places I noted, the description clearly states that this comes with TWO 18-hour batteries...NOT that it comes with two batteries, which combined equal 18 hours like similar listings. In reality, I get about ten hours of playtime from each. It has the potential to do more, but it automatically shuts itself down at 30%>. I still think that ten hours each is pretty good, since my previous ear pieces could only do 4 or 6 hours, but it is not as described.My other complaint is likely only relevant to the petite. There is a round bulb on the stalk between the ear tip and the battery. I find it uncomfortably large. It force spreads the flesh around my way canal open. It's not noticable at first, but after several hours causes pain.I'd still recommend them, despite those to complaints. They sound good, stay in place, have good battery life (just not 36 hours!), and seem sweat resistant. The sound is adequate. I wondered why they sent a two earpiece set, and now I know. The first one I used completely stop workingand charging in less than one year's time. The other one connects, but sometimes you can't hear voice calls, but I could hear Pandora when I played it. I figured, they knew about the defects in this item, and the time frame of their usage. Now on this date, October 22, 2020, the other earpiece completely stopped working. It also will not charge; both in less that a year.
