The book is designed to help you track three goals, so in addition to buying the rental, I knew I also wanted an exercise goal. I couldn't think of a third goal initially, but finally decided I should work on clearing out the junk in my shed. I never would have thought my last goal would be my most successful goal in the first month! I just finished day 29 and I've sold everything that was in my shed and have made ~$6000 from the stuff I haven't used in years! The only bummer is I'm trying to think of a new third goal!I contribute my success in clearing out my shed to this book. Every day you write down your goals and your most important next step. I was constantly being reminded of my goals and found it very easy to TAKE ACTION! I haven't missed a single day, the book takes me about 5 minutes a day to fill out, and I'm staying on track with my goals. If anything I'm being more ambitious with my weekly and daily goals.I don't think this book is perfect. I would love it if it were a spiral (easier to write on) and the weekly battle plans were sorted into the daily plans (weekly followed by seven daily). However, given how much productivity I've had since I've started using it, it's pretty hard to complain.I'm one month in, the book has paid for itself many times over, I'm being successful with exercising, and I'm looking at houses to buy in two weeks. This book is an excellent tool! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LOVE THIS *by J***G on Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2019* If you are looking for a system that provides a framework to reach your goals in an efficient way, this book is for you. I struggled before starting with this book on what I actually wanted out of life. All I told myself was that I wanted something better. "Ok," I said, "then what three things would make it better?" It took me two weeks to figure that out and since getting a third of the way through this book, I'm already seeing the results. I couldn't recommend this book enough and would suggest buying two copies and giving one to a friend for accountability. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Okay. Newer revision available from BP directly *by R***Z on Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2020* Good book and useful. Unfortunately the one I got was an earlier version than the one you would get directly from BP.
