Despite a lot of effort, we couldn't shape it so that it supported the neck when sitting on it, in the end resorting to placing it by a wall. The customer service is second to none and my son loves this lovely soft bean-bag. Although Gilda did offer to re-stitch if I returned the goods, I found myself in a ping-pong of emails to try and discover where to return the faulty goods.
