It's easily portable and cooks almost as good as my Big Green Egg. I said ALMOST. With that said the Egg requires 3X the amount of charcoal and there is much more prepairing and clean up. Anyway, I liked it so well I recently bought another for our river house. For those with a large Green Egg, the gas burner that comes with this kit fits perfectly inside the Egg, turning it from a charcoal grill to a gas grill...NEAT! If I could own just one grill it might be this one.
