I've just messaged them on Facebook, but I'm currently pretty annoyed thinking they have taken me for a ride.*Don't wanste your time sumitting a message on their website, it only responds that the message failed to send. (In Chinese)It feels like a solid phone, but...1) Why does the charger/phone seem to only allow a Max of 600 mA/h rate? (I realized my charger/cable were bad when I unplugged it and it was hissing. Amazon is sending me a replacement, but I'm disapointed the BV branded device was of such poor quality.) Also, potential buyers should note that the BV provided device lists as 5v/7v/9v/2A; this doesn't include the 12v/2A required to meet the charging capabilities advertised on their website.2) Why does the system only recognize a 9000 mAh battery capacity? This is advertised as a 10000 mAh battery. It also came with a non U.S charger so expect to buy a new one if you want fast charging. Can definitely take a fall- Battery Life was excellent- Very solid feeling phone- Dual sim works great. Had AT&T on Sim 2 and T-Mobile on Sim 1- ReliableThe only negative was the weight of the phone. VERY heavy in my opinion.
