You need to tighten the screws real tight and I mean tight or the seat and back support will feel unstable and wobble. As with all bikes that have hand support by the seat, you need to have slim hips or it might be uncomfortable. The battery compartment is tricky to open. It requires you to have no fingernail. Very tricky indeed. I haven't pushed the bike to its max as I currently have no need to. Overall, I am happy with the product. It has really helped with the physio therapy on my knees. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Console replaced by the seller after the original ON button broke after 3 uses; otherwise a well made bike, good product support *by C***T on 6 September 2018* I'm revising my review because the seller did (after a couple of emails) send me a replacement console FOC from Berlin.However, the original console's ON button did break after 3 uses...it's a red rubber push button, which looks solid but is held on at the back by just two very thin bits of plastic inside the consol SO...if you buy one don't press the ON button very hard because you can break it without much force like my wife did.Otherwise, the rest of the bike is VERY well made, the engineering is first class. The printed instructions are poor and a bit hard to follow. BUT...the YOUTUBE construction video is good, but I could only find it in German, but it is visually clear; so slow it down to half speed in the youtube settings and pause/rewind it while you build the bike, which takes about an hour. Verdict. A very good product, but let down a bit by the button and the build instructions. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A sturdy machine *by G***R on 27 April 2018* It's had about 8 months use now and have found it a worthwhile buy. Initial problem in that the screw holding the seat is supposed to be a spring loaded 'plunger' type so that you can just pull on the knob to adjust the height, but it did not fit the hole in the frame. Replacement sent by supplier but that did not work either. But there was another just plain screw with the bike which fitted so now have it set to just my height. If many persons are using, it could become a 'pain' unscrewing and re-screwing each time. As with other bikes I reviewed prior to purchase, any real criticism is with the 'computer' which does not always work for some reason. Having the back-rest and arms helps for me as I can sit back without balance problem. And the arm pulleys are also an added bonus. It is a heavy item so maybe two need to put it together although I managed alone. Mine is in a garden room on a stone floor so a very stable and permanent situation, so although it has wheels they are not utilised. Found the supplier to be very helpful with my queries via e-mail correspondence.
