I wear a 12 or 13 in pants, I'm about 5'5" tall and an xl (36DD bra size or a total measurement of about 44" in the bust) in tops. I got the XL and it fits well. The pants are a little long but I think with 2" heels they will be perfect. The bottom of the pants are wider than they appear in the product images which is a bit of a let down but luckily I own a sewing machine. For the price point the suit is very nice and the fit is true to the size chart they provide. **Q: I am approximately 155 Lbs and 5ft. Trying to figure out what size would be suitable?** A: I’m 146 5’5 and got a Large and it fits perfectly **Q: I am 5’5 160 and a 36DD what size Do you recommend** A: Similar to my wife your recommended size falls into one of the either/or sizing selections. Not knowing body type I would recommend going with the bigger size suggested on the measurements chart. The jacket will fit in the bust without issue if you choose the smaller recommended size. We found the pants fit to be true to size but there is not give in the waist. We selected the bigger size of the recommended chart and are happy we did. I am 5'8" tall and weigh 145 lbs. I ordered a medium. The pants fit perfectly, but the jacket was a little large. I had to have the jacket tailored, for an additional fee, to get "that tailored look." It was totally worth it.I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear this suit. Even though it is machine washable, I dry clean and the suit seems to be holding up well. All-in-all, the tailoring cost and the dry cleaning cost, plus the cost of the suit are less than the amount I would spend on a higher end suit to get the same look.Love this suit. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Pants good jacket big, be careful ironing!!! *by V***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2024* I'm 5'9" about 145lbs I got medium. The pants are nice, without heels they touch the floor, so if you're shorter than me and not going to wear heels with a medium you'll probably have to hem them. However, I went to iron the pants before wearing, warm heat was not enough to remove wrinkles so I turned it up and as you see in photo 2 I melted them! The jacket has shoulder pads and these weird points of excess material, I tried my best to capture that in my photo. The jacket could be taken in about 2 inches or more where you button it. My pants were also missing the button hole, not a huge problem, I just slit it and put some glue so it doesn't tear or fray. I'm going to try to fix the jacket myself, I have some sewing abilities. Tried this on quickly with a tank top, but will be wearing it to work with a shirt that provides more coverage of course. To help others find their ideal size, I ordered a small. I typically weigh 124-127 pounds and I am 5'4. I naturally have a larger bust size of 30GG although I am pretty slim. I measure about 35 for bust, 28 waist, and 38 hip. I believe since the fabric is not stretchy at all, it does feel a bit snug in some areas. For example, I will need to unbutton my blazer to sit down and depending on how high you wear your pants, it may feel a bit snug in the waist and when buttoning. However, despite it feeling snug, I am still able to fit both hands in my pants while buttoned so again, I think it is just a matter of the fabric. Since there are no loops for a belt, I am ok with the fit because it does not seem like I will have to pull them up throughout the day. The crotch area is a bit loose if you wear the pants lower, but it isn't a dealbreaker if you don't order too big. I prefer my clothes to flatter my figure some as long as I am still comfortable, but I understand that others may prefer theirs to fit looser. I just do not want my clothes to appear baggy. I only wish the length of the pants were a few inches longer. I may try to take mine to the cleaners to let out the hem, but looks like I might be limited to only an extra inch and will have to wear them with flats. Otherwise, I am impressed because it is hard to come by a decent fitting suit set. I believe if I ordered a size up, the outfit would appear baggy in some areas which I find unflattering. I was also excited that the product arrived a bit earlier than expected. It only took 2 weeks to arrive. I may order another in a different color if I am able to find flattering shoes that go with the pants.
