Review: Great sugar thermometer and as advertised! - First of all you should note it is slightly larger than you would expect based off the pictures on the listing. This is fine as its not so big that you can't use it. It has a nice clip on the back which allows you to attach it on the side of a pot (if you have a tall enough pot for it! The clip is also good for storage if you want to clamp it on the edge of a shelf or something. The handle bit is made out of plastic but seems to be okay for hot temperatures The temperature seems to be accurate and we have had no problems with the thermometer at all so far! It is sturdy and well made and doesn't seem to be of the sort of cheap metal that could rust. Recommended!

First of all you should note it is slightly larger than you would expect based off the pictures on the listing. This is fine as its not so big that you can't use it.
