Now, admittedly this is my first experience with nut butters other than peanut, but I found them to be very tasty. The consistency is different from jarred peanut butter (it is more a thick liquid), so beware when first opening a new pouch. I remember seeing or hearing someone complain about sunflower butter being gross. I totally disagree! If you like sunflower seeds then you should like the sunflower butter as it tastes just the same (perhaps a bit sweeter, but very good). I used all of the butters as a light spread on buttered toast and found them all to be tasty, but not overpowering. I have to admit, I'm not the biggest fan of the no sugar added almond butter, but I like things on the sweeter side. It is still tasty, just not sweet enough for me.
