Why not 5 stars? The pot was billed as capable of use to roast a chicken,two Rock Cornish Hen perhaps, not the full-size chickens we raised and called by name. Chicken for dinner started at a Whole Foods store:) We'll use the lovely bean pot at Thanksgiving for perhaps a fragrant and creamy Tuscan white bean with herbs side dish!
