The bike is to teach balance. **Q: Would this be ok for a toddler who has a 20inch inside leg** A: I got it for a 2 year old girl and it was fine and now she is 4 and can still use it! **Q: Would this fit in a very large suitcase when bought (before put together)?** A: I guess so. Would you not just ship to where you are bringing it to. That’s what I did. I shipped from uk to Ireland and I live in the US. The problem is weight not size.
