However, all seem to come from a single factory. it doesn't matter if you spend $18 or $40 it is the same batteryI read the reviews for each one of them, something in common is that about 20% or more prove to be defective once installed. I don't doubt that many buyers have the good luck of buying and installing them without any issues.However, that was not my case, I decided to change the factory battery because it was bloated, and it was popping the screen out of place. Although I also have to explain that the battery was working, it will hold the charge, and the tablet was operating without problems.After installing the battery(on an SM-T520 Samsung tablet), I connected the original cable and charger, with the tablet off, the screen will report that it was charging, after several hours I turned it on. The tablet reported 67% charged, it turns off by itself, I restarted, and it reported 4%, it turns off by itself.It was an infinite disappointment of cycling on-off showing that was charging, and different levels of battery charge; with the subsequent shutting down of the tablet as if the battery did not charge.I put the old battery back again, and the tablet works fine without problems.I am not in a rush, and I think that I will save the $20 to put it against the purchase of a new tablet next Black Friday.You may be lucky and get a good battery from day one. Otherwise, you may have to go through several returns and exchanges to get a good one.In my case, I just don't want to go through the headache. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saved my Note 10.1 2014 !!! *by R***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2019* Shipped quickly, easy to install, and brought my Note 10.1 2014 back to life. Searching the web there is a lot of comment that when these tablets start behaving badly it's because of a bad surface mount connector. I was not able to demonstrate the connector to be a problem so took a chance on the battery and it has worked out wonderfully.The battery life was OK at first. Not great, but stopped running hot and dropping from 60% to 5% to 0%. Very easily got a few hours shortly after replacing. The battery life seems to be getting longer with continued use and charge cycles. I now easily get 4-6 hours and it seems to still be improving. I do not recall what the tablet got originally, but this seems OK to me.Note: these tablets are high precision assembly with fragile internal components. I had two small fitment issues:1) The plastic frame for the replacement battery was not a perfect match to the one in my tablet. It was a very simple task to shave off a bit of plastic with a knife to make it fit.2) The wires from the battery to the connector were just a bit longer than original. Since the connector is surface mount it is susceptible to strain. I was careful to route the wires with a bit of a bend get a good, non-strained, fit to the surface mount connector. . Time will tell if I did it well enough to avoid strain induced failure. But it seems OK.From my experience so far I'm pleased with the battery replacement. I'm not sure there is a perfect fit replacement on the market and this was very close. It allowed me to rescue my failing Note 10.1 2014 which I still find to be one of the best tablets on the market. ### ⭐ Defective Battery.
