However, I’ve used Stevia for a good 10 years now and this is very good Stevia. As an illustration I used to put 2 tablespoons of sugar in my large cup coffee ( yes I am aware that is ridiculous, but it is what it is ) I use one 16th of a teaspoon of Stevia in the same cup of coffee, So I can sweeten 96 cups of coffee for the same measurement as sweetening one cup of sugar. I don’t know the teaspoons per ounce ratio of this Stevia, but if you only use it only for beverages, yes it will replace 75lbs of sugar! **Q: Does this have an after taste?** A: I taste no after taste or anything. Then I use this "mixture" of 4 tablespoons as a substitute for 1 cup of sugar. This final ratio was a trial and error result, so you may want to "tweak" this ratio to your personal liking. This "mixture" satisfies bulk, texture, and avoids minuscule amounts of this pure Stevia Powder.
