Honestly I was surprised
Let me start this off by saying this product was perfect. I’ve never used breakaway glass before, so I took my chances with this company and I am absolutely satisfied. It’s identical to real glass and it sounds just like glass when it breaks. The product can even hold liquid at room temperature. I used it for a stunt where I broke it over my head and it shattered beautifully.As for the packaging of the product, the products were wrapped in a double layer of bubble wrap. It arrived intact and safely. Judging from the reliability of this product, I’m looking forward to ordering more products from this company to do stunts with.This last part is more for the company. The letter you had with the product read kind of weird. I would just have someone go over it and fix it. This by no means takes away from the product at all. The product is perfect.
