Nothing worked. I think the retinols and bha's were too strong for my sensitive skin. It helps heal blemishes without over-drying, but I would not say it heals overnight. BP works quicker to dry up blemishes, but it also dries out the surrounding skin so that's why I stick with sulfur. I also would not use this in large areas, as it does leave a white-ish film (I use it only on blemishes and cover it up with iT cosmetics Bye Bye Blemish concealing treatment.
